Please read and follow the terms before placing a commission. By placing a commission, you authorized all the terms below:• You agreed for me to feature the model work in a showcase video. It can be after your debut or prior(with the client's consent). The showcase will be posted on Twitter, Facebook, and Youtube with proper credits to the client and the artist/rigger collaboration.
• The WIPs of the model will be posted on my socials unless instructed otherwise.
• All of commission are "Digital" and it is the artwork's "intellectual property" that you, the client, are purchasing. You will only receive digital file/s of the commission. No physical item will be shipped to your home address.PAYMENTS TERMS
1. The client is agreed that they are able to pay with their own money via legal activities.
2. All commission(s) are in USD and through Stripe, Kofi or Vgen.
(I do not accept Paypal)
3. The promised payment must be processed before I start working. The full payment must be processed before the client(s) recieve final products.
4. Price may increase depending the complexity of the commission. Futher inquiries must be discussed before placing an order.REVISIONS AND ADITIONAL FEES
1. Minor revisions are allowed during the start of the project.
2. Major changes will be charged with extra fees depending on the complexity of the changes after the model is 50% completed.
3. Any major changes after the project is 80% completed will be treated as a new commission.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
1. Please communicate to meet both parties' needs and deadlines.
2. The estimated time clock only starts after you finish your payment and not on the date of order placement.
3. The delivery will be through either Google Drive or Discord or Vgen, depending on convenience.USES
1. Please credit me as a rigger properly on your social media. Preferably in the bio or a pinned post.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
1. Strictly prohibited for Artificial Intelligence(AI) training and Non-Fungible Token(NFT) purposes.
2. Copyright will stay with me if monitized lisence is not paid. Any monetisation uses of the product without a license will be resolved.REFUNDS POLICY
1. Refunds may be issued if the request is made before the work begins.
2. I do NOT offer refunds of any kind after the work has been completed/delivered unless the product is broken from our end. Please consider the commission thoroughly before placing it with me.
3. Upon refund, all usage rights of the product are revoked, and the commission is terminated.COMMUNICATION

2. Delays caused by late replies from the client that result in missing the agreed delivery date will be the client’s responsibility.
